What we are glad to hear about
- Corrections. A wrong specification, a discontinued model, a broken link, a price that is nowhere near reality. These are the most useful messages we get.
- Gear we have missed. Especially from smaller makers. Tell us what it does that the obvious choices do not.
- Disagreement. If a recommendation is wrong for a use we did not think about, we would rather know.
- Privacy requests. Access, correction or deletion of your data — email privacy@taylorco.net, and see the privacy policy for what we hold and why.
Working with us
We consider review samples and partnership inquiries. Two conditions, stated up front so nobody wastes an email: we do not accept payment for a positive review, and anything provided free is disclosed on the article. If a product does not hold up, we will say so. If that is workable, tell us what you make and why it is different.
What we cannot help with
We are a publisher, not a retailer. We cannot check on an order, arrange a return, or handle a warranty claim — those go to whoever you bought from, and their customer service will be faster than we could ever be.
We also cannot give legal advice on whether a particular item is lawful for you to own or carry. Those rules vary by country, state and city and change often; check your current local law, and speak to a qualified professional if the answer matters.
